We are the only agency in Kyrgyzstan that provides continuous support to employees based on the principle of “from your doorstep to your workplace in Great Britain.”
Financial conditions and organizational requirements for working on farms in the UK
  • Registration and relocation expenses:
    • Work visa (Tier 5 Seasonal Worker Visa): The application fee is £244. An additional service fee may be charged by the visa center. We provide detailed instructions on how to fill out the application form and a list of required documents. Applicants must complete the application process themselves at an authorized visa center.
    • Air travel: The approximate cost of a one-way ticket is ~270,000 KGS. Prices may vary depending on the season and airline.
    • Airport transfer: An organized trip from the airport to the farm will cost £40-50 (~27,000 KGS). We will provide a detailed route and will be in touch throughout your journey.
  • Financial advance:
For a comfortable start in the first week before receiving your first salary, we recommend having £200 in starting capital. Salaries are paid weekly with a one-week delay (for the first working week, payment is made at the end of the second week).
  • Requirements for the candidate:
Physical and mental health: The job requires good physical condition (lifting heavy objects, prolonged standing, working in a bent position) and psychological resilience.
Adaptability: Willingness to work in an international team and adapt to new living conditions. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and stress resistance are key.
Financial goal: This program is ideal for candidates aiming to earn 600,000 KGS per season.
  • Working conditions and taxation:
Salary: Remuneration complies with UK legislation. The minimum wage is £9.50 per hour.
Taxes: Standard deductions are made from wages:
National Insurance (NI) contributions: 12% on income above £162 per week.Income
Tax: Withheld if your annual income exceeds the tax-free minimum of £12,500.
  • Important contract terms:
Early termination of employment: The contract provides for the possibility of early termination at the initiative of the employee with a return to their home country. However, we strongly advise against doing so, as this may negatively affect your reputation and completely close the door on future participation in British seasonal programs.
    • Recommendation: To maximise your income and build long-term prospects for re-employment in the UK, it is important to work for the full duration of your visa.
  • Career experience:
Working in the UK is an invaluable experience that immerses you in an international working environment and teaches you about modern standards of work organization and performance criteria. This is especially important for young professionals planning to build an international career.
This program is a clearly structured opportunity for legal seasonal employment with transparent conditions and long-term prospects.
